Trip breakdown /

Day 1 - Arrival in Arusha

Following your arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, you’ll be picked up by our driver and

transferred to your hotel in Arusha for 1 night.

Day 2 - Arusha to Tarangire National Park

After an early breakfast at the hotel, your safari guide will meet you and your adventure will begin! Embark on a scenic 3-hour drive through local villages, offering a glimpse into daily life in Tanzania. As you travel, you'll pass Maasai herders dressed in their vibrant traditional clothing, guiding their cattle through the countryside. Your destination is Tarangire National Park, a stunning reserve nestled alongside the Tarangire River, featuring rolling hills and expansive grasslands dotted with iconic baobab trees. Known for having the highest concentration of wildlife per square kilometer during the dry season, the park is teeming with zebras, wildebeests, buffalo, giraffes, and more. It's also famous for its impressive elephant herds and three rare species—oryx, eland, and greater kudu—that are nearly impossible to find elsewhere in Tanzania. After an unforgettable day of wildlife sightings, you’ll head to your lodge inside the park, where you can enjoy a delicious dinner and a restful night’s sleep, ready for another exciting day ahead.

Day 3 - Tarangire NP to Karatu

On your second day in Tarangire National Park, the adventure deepens as you venture further into the park’s wild heart. Imagine herds of towering elephants, the largest in Tanzania, gracefully moving between ancient baobab trees. Watch as predators like lions and leopards prowl along the lush riverbanks, while giraffes elegantly survey the plains from above. The sight of zebras, wildebeests, and gazelles sprinting across the savannah will leave you in awe. As you track wildlife near the Tarangire River, renowned for its vibrant ecosystem, each moment becomes an exhilarating experience, with every turn revealing Africa’s untamed beauty. It’s pure, raw wilderness at its most breathtaking! Your game drive will continue into the late afternoon, before you make your way to the town of Karatu, just a 40-minute drive away, where you'll spend the night.

Day 4 - Karatu to Ngorongoro

Prepare to be captivated by the extraordinary Ngorongoro Crater, a place unlike any other, where nature has crafted a self-sustaining ecosystem of unparalleled wonder. Within the crater's boundaries, nearly 30,000 large mammals thrive, predominantly comprised of graceful herbivores. This unique balance has resulted in the Ngorongoro Crater boasting one of the densest predator populations in Africa, including lions, spotted hyenas, leopards, and cheetahs. Thanks to its enclosed nature, this destination is renowned as one of the most dependable areas for spotting the Big Five in East Africa.

Day 5 - Arusha to Zanzibar

After a delicious breakfast, you’ll head to the airport for your flight to Zanzibar. Upon arrival, your friendly local driver and guide will greet you and take you to your idyllic beach paradise on the island’s east coast, making a stop at a local spice farm along the way.

Zanzibar, once known as the "Spice Island," was famous for exporting spices like cloves, vanilla, nutmeg, and cardamom worldwide. Today, these spice plantations stand as a tribute to the island’s rich history. During your 3 to 4-hour tour, you'll have the chance to immerse yourself in the vibrant flavors, scents, and textures of these spices and tropical fruits, all while learning about the fascinating spice trade. A delightful lunch will be included along the way.

After your tour, you’ll continue on to your hotel in Jambiani, where you can unwind and bask in the beauty of Zanzibar’s pristine beaches and the crystal-clear waters of the Indian Ocean.

Day 6-8 - Jambiani Beach

The next three days are yours to embrace at your own pace, with endless possibilities for relaxation and adventure. Spend your time lounging by the pool, taking leisurely strolls along the beach, and chatting with the welcoming locals. As the sun begins to set, unwind with a refreshing sundowner on the beach, soaking in the breathtaking colors of the horizon. In the evening, indulge in a delectable dinner under a starlit sky, accompanied by the gentle sound of waves lapping against the shore, before retreating to the comfort of your room for a peaceful night’s rest.
